Bull, a Chinese electrical devices provider, has reached a cooperation deal with Tencent, which will see the company launch eSports marketing campaigns in China during the 2018 FIFA World Cup.
Under their agreements, Bull will work with Tencent to release crossover-marketing activities regarding the video games FIFA Online 4 and FIFA 18 World Cup. These two titles are owned by Electronic Arts (EA) and published by Tencent for the Chinese market.
FIFA Online 4 and FIFA 18 World Cup are two online football game franchises that have been authorized by FIFA, the 2018 FIFA World Cup in Russia and the Chinese Super League. As the 2018 FIFA World Cup is approaching, the two online games enable players to experience a virtual world of football.
As part of their deal, Bull will also become an official partner of Tencent “eSports World Cup”, which will also kick off on June 16, at the same time with the 2018 FIFA World Cup. Bull will provide digital devices and other electrical services for participants, as well as launch more online to offline activities for eSports fans in China.
