Bundesliga club FC Schalke 04 organized an opening ceremony for their new China office in Shanghai on March 20. 

Schalke’s Marketing Director, Alexander Jobst, and Managing Director of the Shanghai office, Philipp Rütgers, co-hosted the ceremony officially opening their China office. 

On the previous evening, March 19, Schalke 04 invited representatives from some Chinese companies, Bundesliga clubs and Chinese football clubs to attend a reception and meet with the Schalke team. 

Schalke 04 announced in December 2018 that they would open a Shanghai office.
