On 3rd May，Guirenniao Co Ltd reported financial results for the year ended December 31, 2015. Guirenniao's revenue and profit registered positive annual growth for the first time in 3 years.
In 2015, its full year revenue grew by 0.37% to over 524 million yuan. And its full year profit increased by 7.24% to more than 82 million yuan.
In 2014, Guirenniao’s annual revenue and annual profit decreased by 20.21% and 26.27% respectively.
In 2013, Guirenniao’s annual revenue and annual profit decreased by 15.74% and 19.79% respectively.
On 22nd April HUPU Sports (Shanghai) Media Co Ltd published its prospectus on the website of China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) to seek a listing on the Shanghai Stock Exchange.
From last December Cheng Hang, the founder of HUPU Sports, has served as a director of Guirenniao Co Ltd.
Guirenniao indirectly has a significant interest in HUPU Sports.
