On May 4th (Beijing Time), Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) has officially announced the partnership with Letv Sports on ufc.cn, aiming to promote the presence of UFC in china.
Under the agreement of the deal, Letv Sports will be authorized to broadcast UFC matches via the apps provided by Letv Sports for several different digital channels including PCs, tablets, mobile phones and the Letv Super TVs as well.
Mr. Borger, the managing director and EVP of UFC Asia, was quite happy with the deal.
He noted, the deal with Letv Sports would enable UFC to enhance the brand presence in China.
He also said UFC were looking forward to promoting fans engagement with the help from Letv Sports.
The significance
of partnership between UFC and Letv Sports is that this can promote UFC
in mainland China as UFC fans there are not only able to access live UFC
matches but also capable of selecting commentaries in different
languages, posted on ufc.cn.
